"Very frustrating!"

After driving 12 hours we were very tired old people so we just wanted to go to bed. Unfortunately, after 4 trips downstairs with 7 suitcases because the room key didn’t work she finally decided to moved us to a different room. One of the elevators was broken so we had to wait about 5 minutes each trip down the front desk. Once, she wasn’t even there to help us with our room key. Very frustrating!! ! About 45 minutes after we arrived we finally got into a room. Then the next morning we decided to stay for breakfast and they were out of orange juice!! The machine was broken 😠. Couldn’t they have gone to the store and bought a couple jugs of orange juice for the guest? Again we were very disappointed. Poor customer service. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel

We requuested - king bed with sofa bed. Did not have a sofa bed and we needed that for the kids. Hotel was dirtty- ice didnt work Entire facility was dirty.

Kind helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only downsides: one of two elevators was out of order and the room needed attention: the wall paper was torn, the curtain hanging part way off the rod, dust ruffles askew, bed didn't seem to be made property and seems some of the pillow cases hadn't been changed.

It was a nice stay except for the elevator was down and we were on the fourth floor. The stairwell was HOT. When I called to get extra pillows and blankets for the pull out bed there was no extras.
