Hampton Inn & Suites Greensburg

Pretty good stay! Everything was clean staff was incredibly nice. We mostly stayed for the pool... kids had so much fun. Breakfast was good. Overall great stay will be back.

Very basic hotel, our faucet in our bathroom leaked continuously, we reported it, “fixed”, started leaking again the next morning. They charge 18.00 a day to park in an unsecured and uncovered lot. Why? They do include hot breakfast which was nice. It’s ok.

Everything was great EXCEPT we had Ants in our room and around 9:30 am mind you check out is 11 a room service used there keycard on our door came in then announced house keeping. With having 2 girls in the room with me. We will see how the hotel handles it.

Other than no new towels and trash not picked up...it was great! Clean, quiet, close to everything we needed.

This hotel probably rates okay because there are so few options in the area. The hotel is dated and funky, nothing special. An unremarkable property in the middle of nowhere. After a couple of nights in the hotel I came back from work to discover a letter from the General Manager (Stacy M) had been slid under the door. It accused me of smoking in my hotel room (I have never done this obviously), and threatened to fine me, evict me, and ‘inform my employer’ (!) for what I had done! Needless to say I was perplexed and rather angry about the unprofessional letter and ridiculous accusations leveled at me. I spoke with the supervisor as the manager was no longer on duty, and he informed me that they had been having issues with some contractors who stay there long term, and that while the letter did seem poorly written and accusatory, I should not take offense. He had personally delivered a letter like this to a number of guests on my floor. I expressed my displeasure to the general manager via email, and received a non-apology and justification email in response. She did acknowledge that they had caught the illicit smoker, and the matter was now handled. The general manager acting like she was running a frat house, as opposed to a hotel, and the general meh of the entire property prompted me to check out the next day, earlier than anticipated, and I am pleased to say I am writing this from a far much better property and as of this time have not been accused of any crime or rule breaking whatsoever!

When we first arrived I allowed my toddler to walk and within 2-3 minutes, her feet were yucky and black from the floor. My mom who was also staying in the same room as me went to walk around one of the beds and there was a metal pole sticking out and she bashed her leg on it bad. She has a huge 4-5 inch bruise from it. I lifted the mattress and box spring to try and move the pole back since it was what was supporting the mattress. When I did this, I discovered mold under the mattress all over the bed frame near the carpet. When sitting on the bed, I looked over and saw potato chips on the floor. We had not eaten anything in the room, so that was a huge indicator the room had not even been cleaned. Every time we tried to go speak to someone up front, there was a line of 15-20 people either checking in or checking out due to baseball leagues happening nearby. I even tried to book a room elsewhere, but everything had no vacancy. All of this was shocking because the reviews are so high and this place was newly renovated. Clearly the reviews are either fabricated or stayers are unknowingly staying in molded rooms with uncleaned floors. I will never recommend this place and highly suggest no one stay here ever. It was NOT worth the price.

Well it wasn't too horrible if you like a bed that is hard as a rock. It didnt have very good water pressure. If you want coffee at 6am better bring it with you and heat it up. Coffee wasn't ready at 6am people were waiting on it. They didn't have anything ready for breakfast. We left about 6:10am.

We found the breakfast to be lacking in every way. In fact we decided it was the worst breakfast we’d ever had at a motel. The eating area was freezing cold. The food was lukewarm and tasteless. Oatmeal was watery. No sweet rolls. They had two elevators…one was out of order and the other one was maddeningly SLOW.
