The rooms were very dirty even after they said they cleaned them. We took white towels and wiped the floors after the cleaning crew had been in there and the towels were black, it was reported to the front desk. The room smelled like something was dead coming from the air conditioner. The grills out back were gross and almost non usable & very cheap outdoor patio furniture to sit on after a long day of work. The whole stay was very disappointing and everything was reported and after a month stay nothing changed.

Registration system was down upon arrival. While that is understandable and unavailable having multiple staff members including some sort of shift manager standing around while one guy personally escorted each guest to their room because room keys could not be issued was frustrating. Pool was warm. Pool area is worn. Shower floor creaked and popped even after getting out of the shower. Staff was very friendly.
