Receptionist was great! Very helpful

The shower head flew off when i turned on shower. Receptionist did offer to replace when i told her but we were heading out within 30 min. Other than that hotel was nice and clean

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall the property looked clean until I took a closer look. Upon arrival I always check the beds. One bed had dirty sheets with men's hair throughout the sheets. It was late so no housekeeping was available but the front desk gave us clean sheets to make the bed ourselves. Also bathroom had long dark hair on the shower walls and the start of mold growing in the corners. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent.

"Disappointed… poor night’s sleep"

Room wasn’t as clean as most Hampton rooms. Dusty coffeemaker and we found a pocket knife behind the TV that wasn’t ours on the way out. Obviously was cleaned haphazardly. Noisy upstairs people were running back and forth till 2:30 in the morning and the AC unit sounded like an airplane engine.

Breakfast was good and always well-stocked. Staff was polite and professional. After the first night we requested a different comforter (as the current one was too small for the bed) to be applied to one of our beds. Was told housekeeper only comes in every other day, but they would let them know. When we returned that evening, no new comforter. I called down to the front desk to try and get one. When I went down to pick it up, it wasn’t a comforter but another top spread. We ended up going to Walmart and buying my daughter a blanket. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
