"Good"

Under construction, moldy leaking ceiling upon entry, breakfasts were not appetizing, no ice on third floor, pool and gym closed but were advertised on booking sites. Overpriced but staff was accommodating and kind. Would not stay again.

An older hotel currently undergoing renovation, but clean and comfortable. There were only 3 minor drawbacks: the mattress was soft and saggy, but still comfortable, the shhets were pilled and rough, and the fridge didn't keep things very cold. But I'm sure this will all be addressed with the renovations. We would stay there again.

Enjoyable 1 night stay-a Bit noisy due to a few Little League Baseball teams traveling for area tournaments- Boys were up late (after 11 pm) and being noisy in hallways & parking lot - I understand because they were excited & happy but it was tough to sleep thru.

"Overbooked"

The desk staff was as good at handling the situation as she could be

The hotel was overbooked, two parties were checking in and it was a bit of a mess to figure out the best solution for everyone. We volunteered to go to the other girl with the walking reservation that was a 20+ minute drive away and after that the other guests would stay at this hotel.
