They gave me a gift bag of food and water which was really nice. There were fresh cookies and coffee availabile. Also a cheat sheet on what's nearby which I appreciated.

Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful, made check in a breeze. Our room on the 200 floor is in need of some updating and maintenance. Wallpaper coming off the wall, stains on curtains, and bathtub liner was chipped and peeling. Quiet rooms and good location.

Housekeeping did not make up beds each day Did not leave trashcan liners after they took trash Did not replace dirty towels every day or disposable coffee cups

The room was dirty dust on device crack in tube ceramic tile tube faucet needed caulking bathroom floor dirty mirrow wasn't cleaned,sink was stopped up had to run water low,front desk paula said she would hold a room for me on second floor that never happened she lied worst experience i ever had at a hotel
