Homewood Suites San Antonio North truly exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail is clear from the moment you walk in—the lobby and common spaces are inviting, and my room was spotless and very comfortable. It felt less like a hotel and more like a home away from home.

"Much better than I expected!"

I travel quite a bit for work, so I've gotten accustomed to keeping my expectations fairly low when it comes to hotel chains. So I was pleasantly surprised when I came to this Homewood Suites and found that almost every aspect of my stay was elevated over my usual experiences. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff showed the kindness and attention you'd expect from a high-end boutique hotel. I'm not sure if they're just finding great people or if they have a great manager, but I'm for it. Would absolutely stay again if work brings me back this way.

"Ben is awesome!"

Very satisfied with our visit. Pet friendly. Huge shout out to Ben. Best front desk personnel we have encountered. The man always had a smile on his face and happy to help us whenever we needed help. Most people mutter, roll their eyes, etc. but not Ben. Hopefully, he gets an opportunity for advancement because he deserves it. He knows how to interact and enhance one’s stay.

The room was clean . The bath tub was really tall to step into and the shower beat you to death . The bed was just ok . It had a good breakfast

Functional and well equipped king suite.

Pool was a little dirty -sine debris floating in the pool. Breakfast was decent but would have liked a full restaurant experience. Pantry had snacks and beverages but could have also had some toiletries and personal items for sale.
