We stayed in San Antonio for a quick weekend getaway. We always go to this hotel since it’s in a very nice neighborhood. Staff is amazing especially Ben. He is very kind, helpful, and super friendly.

Great place to stay, customer service was peak for me. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. The older lady at the kitchen was so polite and the breakfast was on point. We felt great staying here.

The room was spacious

The fire alarms went off around 930pm causing my 5 year old to panic and be scared. We quickly exited the room and housekeeping seemed like it was no issue they continued cleaning a room across the hall. When I asked if we needed to evacuate the building she said she didn’t know but would ask, then a few moments later came back and said everything was okay.
