Everything! The staff was amazing. Very accommodating, helpful in getting with us about every question or extra needs we ask for. Super clean and comfortable beds late check out without out any problems. Will defiantly stay again if in that area!

Smoking smell in the room. Advised manager but still didn’t remove the smoking smell.

We had an outstanding breakfast every morning! I enjoyed quite a few potato, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Our room was clean and spacious. Easy check in and check out and the location was quiet despite being close to the highway and a large church.

We came to Homewood Suites during one of the worst moments of our lives—just before a hurricane was expected to hit Houston. We were worried about our family, our home, and our future, but Homewood Suites welcomed us, cared for us, and kept us safe.Five years later, we returned during one of our best moments, celebrating my husband’s birthday weekend. As we drove up, our boys—now teenagers—were thrilled: “Dad! This is that cool place we stayed at when we were little! It’s so cool!”Homewood Suites has been there for us in both hard and joyful times, always making our family feel safe and truly at home.

I was truely impressed by this property. The location was slightly difficult to find. There is a lot of road construction going on that makes it challenging to find this property. There are lots of dining choices nearby so you don't have to go far to find something to eat. While it accetps dogs there is no dedicated space for them, but there is a LARGE piece of property adjacent where you can walk them to relieve themselves. The breakfast is the BEST breakfast I've ever had at a hotel breakfast. There was carnitas, corn adn flour tortillas, refried beans, eggs, potatoes, belgian waffles and much more. The property also has ample parking and secure gates for the protection of guests after certain hours. The guestrooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is more tv programming than you could ever want. It would be very easy to stay here for a long term stay.

I honestly couldn't find anything critical over the property. I went back to tell the front desk clerk that it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Great breakfast with decent variety food choices. Extremely friendly and helpful staff especially the maids, the lady in charge of breakfast, the night desk worker & the security guard who was kind to help us out of locked parking garage for our early morning departure.

Disappointed the gym was under renovation during most of our stay (big reason I book hotels when traveling) and I hadn’t realized there where no laundry facilities. Also, our rooms door was difficult to open and close. It was easy to leave room and without pulling hard to close the door it wouldn’t latch and lock. Also a little noisy hearing movement in the halls and on floors above and below.

It was flea infested, like if there was an animal there before we went to check in floor was filthy not vacuum sofa, hat, dog hairs, or cat hairs on it. I got flea bites on my legs.
