Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Möbel und Villen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem wunderschön.

Quiet environment, wonderful staff, beach nearby, good restaurant nearby.

Everything was PERFECT. The staff Is amazing. A place quiet and friendly to enjoy with your family or in a romantic trip

I like everything, even the rain

El trato de todo el staff fue excelente. Sabiendo que el último dia nos íbamos muy temprano, nos prepararon unas launch boxes para poder desayunar en el aeropuerto. Ademas, todo el staff estaba siempre dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar en lo que fuese

Se podia apreciar alguna que otra mancha en sabanas y sofas de la villa. Nada antihigienico, pero sí es verdad que en cuanto al aspecto, perdia algo de glamour

Rat faeces, urine, holes in the floor, noisy aircon, dangerous wet floors from dripping aircon, no mangers of any deception to fix a problem. No response from GM Douglas Wallace in any form email or message. Breakfast terrible, bar shuts at 10, drinks overpriced and terrible, no training of any sort. Expensive. Dirty villas. Blocked drains Flooding bathrooms. The list goes on.

Liked the area that the hotel was in - close enough to Gogek or taxi up to Kuta or down to Uluwatu. Very peaceful at the villa and is surrounded by lots of beautiful plants and friendly staff. The villa was huge and was a perfect fit for 4 people.

Lots of mosquitoes in the area however could also be due to the time of year we had went also weather conditions. We didn’t utilise the pool and outside amenities as much as what we wanted due to getting bitten but staff would visit the villa every night to spray each room with mosquito repellent and defog once a week which was really helpful.

Amenities not looked after. Toaster did not work and had to ask for sugar, cream (milk) as not stocked.
