The price is reasonable compared to other hotels targeting medium and low-range guests.

I recently booked a total of 3 units of 4-room villas, 1 unit of 3-room villa, and 1 unit of 1-room villa at your property. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for a 4-star hotel. - No complimentary pick-up or drop-off service was provided, not even once, which was very disappointing. - In the villa6 I stayes, there was no hot water, and the showerhead was partially blocked, making it difficult to bathe properly. - The villa also had insects such as centipedes and frogs, which made the stay uncomfortable. - One of the 4-room villas turned out to be two connecting rooms instead of a proper 4-room villa. This arrangement caused unnecessary disputes among my relatives. If such limitations exist, guests should be informed in advance rather than only after receiving the keys. Individually these may seem minor, but together they created a very negative impression. I sincerely hope your management will review these issues and take corrective action to ensure future guests enjoy a better experience.

Extremely good service and beautiful villa facimg the forest. We really enjoyed our stay and chilling next to the private pool. Breakfastis abundant.

Douche inutilisable car gets trop dispersés Robinetterie difficile d'usage (trop de calcaire ?) Instabilité du wifi Odeurs nauséabonde sur la terrasse de la piscine (problème d'évacuation)

The villa was huge and had so much space, its in such a fabulous spot and the gardens are beautiful. Had the most amazing massage in the Spa.

The villa we stayed in needs a bit of TLC. The bathrooms were not super clean and had broken amenities like hair dryers etc. The second bathroom had a really bad smell in it so bad we avoided using it.

The staff were courteous and friendly and I really valued their service standards. The villas were very large and traditional style. The restaurant was fantastic and varied and cooked a la carte for breakfast. There’s only 19 villas so the complex is often quiet and I noticed many people eat in the villas with room service. The pools in the villas were large and clean. I will stay here again thanks for a lovely time!
