Troy was a delightful and helpful young man he always made sure we had towels and everything we needed and made sure the room was clean enough for us

The staff couldn’t be more pleasant and accommodating. Room was very clean and neat. The breakfast offered several choices. Would definitely stay there the next time I’m in the area

Room was clean with very comfortable bedding and there is a small frig and microwave. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they helped me with schedule changes. The location, while on busy Rt 460, was surprisingly quiet. I had left a phone charger and it was promptly returned. I would go out for breakfast though.

Great staff! Very clean and if you need anything they handle. They keep the room well stocked and the room is spacious. Parking lot is big and kept clean.

Check in was simple and friendly. The room and facility were not fancy but they were clean and provided us everything we needed. We had to leave very early the next day but they still had coffee and told us we could go ahead and get some breakfast any way.

Timberlake Motel is a nice little hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of parking is available. Staff friendly and helpful.

I’m giving this stay 3 stars because our room had a smoke odor to it. I know smoking is not allowed but at some point in the past it likely was and is now emanating from the walls. The room was otherwise clean and comfortable. The side entrance to the building does not have a lock on it so anybody can walk in at any time. We were a late night arrival on a very busy weekend/likely fully booked. Upon arriving the only parking spot was next to a vehicle that had a couple guys sitting in it drinking beer. One of them got out and urinated on someone’s trailer while we were getting our stuff out of the car. We let the front desk know and about an hour later the guys were gone. The staff were friendly. It is an older motel but for the price was a decent place to stay aside from the above comments.

Simple, clean motel next to Route 460. I called to inform the staff that I would have a very late check in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They offer a nice breakfast. I recommend the Timberlake Motel when in the Lynchburg area.

We had everything we needed, at a great price. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Less than ten minutes from Liberty. Recommend
