Great location and the hotel is nice

Very small gym and it gets packed early in the AM.

small rooms breakfast was awful- eggs cold- fruit depleted- expensive

Place was updated & clean. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable.

Great place to stay! Close to food and shopping.

GM was so attentive and really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable while waiting for our rooms. Also helped speed up the process so we got in our rooms faster.

Overall, everything was immaculate. There were a few issues in our room, but they didn’t affect our stay. The reading lights on the bed didn’t work, and one was almost broken off. There was also water damage all the way down the wall by the window, which caused the wallpaper to be rippled. However, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the TV worked, and we felt safe and it was quiet. The staff was amazing! I witnessed a guest being awful to one of the staff members who worked the overnight shift. The staff member kept their cool and remained very professional. I, on the other hand, was ready to throw my sandal at the guest's head! I highly recommend staying here, and for all future trips to Minneapolis, this will be the place we stay.
