Location, location, location. Also the pool/bar. Those are the reasons we keep coming back there. Lobby area was also nice. We sat and played cards a few of the cooler nites. I was glad to see you started putting a small microwave in some rooms.

Not that you can change this but no balconies. Need more closet space/storage spaces. Or maybe some hooks to hang beach towels or jackets or whatever. When people are traveling, they need space to put their stuff. I always bring an over the door shoe organizer but use it for most of my toiletries and things of that ilk. Loved sitting out on the front deck in the chairs/rockers and people watched and looked out at the ocean.
