Needs updated. Smell of weed, looks like it’s becoming run down

loved the location

hotel room was disgusting, everything was dirty such as in the fridge, by the microwave, the hair dryer and even the shower. Also I think they should clean the hot tub and pool more than they do, they were awful, super yellow and just straight up nasty.

The toilet was bubbling & burping. Sounded like the water was going through the walls. Bathroom was not clean.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay. The conditions of the room were completely unacceptable. The entire room, including the bathroom and carpets, was extremely dirty. We specifically paid for an ocean view, but the windows were so filthy that we couldn’t even see the ocean. On top of that, the in-room phone wasn't working. We asked the staff to clean the room four separate times, but nothing was done. In the end, we were simply told, "It's too late now, there's nothing we can do." To make matters worse, we booked a "breakfast included" stay, but no breakfast was provided, and we were even charged extra just to get a coffee. Because of these awful conditions and the lack of assistance, we had no choice but to leave a night early.

Vending machines didn't work Elevators worked but were wonky It was a party hotel... guests were ripping and racing all night long A/C in room didn't work Rooms were tiny

Wonderful service and staff nice location on the boardwalk,guests were all friendly very much a family oriented facility no loud partying quests just peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful pool area and bar on the premises.
