Great location. Great lobby. Free coffee bar 24)7. Good for price. Pool , hot tubs, restaurant

Only one working hot tub out of 3. Nobody provided any room service in 4 days. Had to repeat request for towels and clean sheets. Couldn't sleep due to music bumping and teenagers running halls.

Location was great

They didn’t have any housekeeping staff and sheets were dirty in original room. They switched our room and downgraded the stay. Originally we had a microwave, fridge and closet. Nx room we had no microwave or closet and the jet tub was broken. Brought the situation to management and was told they were going to give us a partial refund two weeks and multiple asks for the refund with nothing. Every phone number found online kept taking me to only reservation services and could not get through to talking to a direct worker at the building. It’s sad how down hill the establishment has gotten stayed here from as far back when they use to give the kids free ice cream in the lobby, the talking parrots that are no longer around.

Still a treasured gem. Clean property every time I’ve stayed here.

I've stayed at Plim for a number of years. Love the location. Love sitting on the front deck and drinking tea/coffee/whatever and people watching on the boardwalk. The pool/bar area in the back is great. Boardwalk and beach right in front of you.

Need more storage space in the room. Most rooms only have a small rod to hang clothes. And little space in bathrooms to put your stuff. I always bring over the door hangers-various ones for the things we need. Could use hooks on the wall for hanging things like beach towels/clothing/other items.

Was a great room, stayed in room 525 and must thank the staff for helping get us in a “bigger” size room. We have stayed here the last 6yrs n it has only usually been for 4 nights so the room size was never truly an issue but some rooms r smaller than others, but this yr the staff took care of us.

Everything was great, fresh towels daily, hotel was clean, staff was very pleasant. Always nice to have a “Hello or how is your day going?” from the desk staff…all was great!

Location was great, nice outdoor pool.

Small rooms, gaps above doors, thin walls, shaky floors.
