Plim Plaza Hotel

Terrible service, unclean bathroom, VERY small rooms. We had a double Queen and there was barely room for one. The bathroom was grimly and had drips on the wall behind the toilet, mild in the shower and the shower liner was awful. 3 bath towels were provided and we asked for more, it took over an hour and 2 phone calls before a visit to the front desk and another hour. The desk seemed uninterested that we had four people and 3 towels, we had to use wet beach towels for showers. For the 900 we payed for 3 nights we were very disappointed. The elevator- first, the elevator was gross. The floor was visibly dirty and junk In the corners. The elevator also broke down on Saturday afternoon. We have a handicapped person in our group and she was unable to use the stairs, the elevator was out of service for a good while, and the service elevator was not working correctly either.

Rooftop pool and location

The TV didn't work. The bed was very uncomfortable and the size is small for the prize. You are paying for location

Room no bathmat in tub bad tv channels. Noisy air conditioner. Noisy at night.Bed lumpy

Bathroom was dirty at check in! Bathroom door handle was falling off! Security chain looked like someone tried to break in! Rooms very out of date!

The room was clean, it was right on the boardwalk..

The kids running up and down the halls, THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE, they had cars parked in the loading and unloading spots , and didn't even make them move, not enough handicapped parking, we had to park in the overflow lot 2 blocks away . They were training on a friday nite at the front desk , which took forever at chkin . Had a long line.
