Hacienda Na Xamena, Ibiza

Amazing location spoiled by an awfull service. From queue to check in, inefficient room service and restaurants, selling old Rosé wine outdated.. really disappointing

Everything! It was spectacular!

Hacienda Na Xamena was without a doubt the best experience I’ve had at any hotel or resort. The room, staff, food, and amenities all top notch. I booked 2 months in advance and had 0 issues with arriving and we were even upgraded! I planned my proposal here with the guest relations staff and the staff at restaurant Eden on the property and everything went perfectly! 11/10 property and service I will be returning

The hitel is perfect for families and has very good facilities. The staff is very polite.

The towels were too old. There is not enough choice on the menu. The pillows are too old and not comfortable.

Every single aspect of this hotel was magic. We came with our 7 year old daughter and she was so welcomed and happy! There’s a kids room and the pools are all kid friendly. It’s quiet, romantic, delicious food and amazing views.

The view out of the hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly

The price was slightly high for what it was we had an upgraded room. On checkout a 10% service fee was charged on the room cost which we were not expecting another 600 euros for a 3 night stay.
