La atención del personal fue buena y siempre fueron amables durante nuestra estancia. La ubicación del hotel es un punto fuerte, ya que permite un acceso fácil a diferentes zonas de la ciudad.
Las instalaciones son antiguas y presentan falta de mantenimiento en varias áreas. Por ejemplo, el elevador mostraba desgaste y en la alberca había cerámicas rotas del piso. Las toallas estaban ásperas y deshilachadas, y aunque se realizó el servicio de limpieza, no se notó un cambio real en ese aspecto, parece que nos colocaron las mismas toallas. En cuanto al desayuno buffet (de pago adicional), no incluye todas las opciones esperadas; por ejemplo, el jugo de naranja solo está disponible en el menú a la carta, lo cual resulta inconsistente con lo que se espera de un buffet. En general, es un hotel con buena ubicación y buen servicio del personal, pero con áreas importantes de mejora en mantenimiento y calidad de algunos servicios.

La habitación era muy cómoda y la ubicación es muy accesible
En mi estancia la electricidad se fue 3 veces en la noche, la televisión no era Smart tv asi que no habia buenas opciones para el entrenamiento
