Solo me gusto del hotel la ubicación y el personal del parking que eran muy atentos.
Sinceramente desde que vi la realidad del hotel no es nasa comparado con las fotos publicadas el hotel está viejo y sus habitaciones no son como las fotos, no tiene toallas tienes que pedirla, la alfombra nunca es aspirada te pones calcetines blancos y terminan como su hubieras corrido el malecón sin zapatos, además de encontrar cucarachas en mi habitación y en el área del restaurante. La alberca no le dan mantenimiento y el Internet no sirve para nada. Sinceramente es un hotel de 1 estrella

Que en la noche se escucha relativamente silencioso
La alberca está fría y onda, casi nadie se metía, los chicos de la recepción eran muy cortantes, el papel de baño se moja con la regadera, está mal dostribuido

El servicio del personal fue muy bueno y la comodidad que brinda en general.
Poca luz en la habitación y la lámpara más grande no servía, el servicio de Internet pésimo, tiene varias características que lo hacen parecer viejo, las ventanas muy sucias, tuve que pedir toallas porque no había y el baño sin tapete, si tuvo varios detalles.
