the history behind it i felt like i was in move in the 1800

everything except our air conditioning system was not functioning correctly and it was way to hot for us.

Hotel was lovely, room great

Due to the location it is very noisy at night. There was loud music right outside on the street until 3am

It’s extremely noisy, even when staying in the inner rooms. Very load music until 3am, and with no noise isolation

Clean. And friendly also alcohol drinks!

We stayed here 3 nights while exploring Granada and got in really late the first night and were greeted by security. We stayed on the courtyard side per previous reviews that street side is noisy and it was great. Shower wasn’t the best but room was just fine for what we needed. We were able to walk from there to explore. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is stunning inside and the staff are excellent. The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic at her job. Location is perfect!

The room we had was a little tired as was the pool area. This was minor though.

Our host, Jeffrey Gonzalezz, helped make every aspect of our stay at Hotel Dario absolutely perfect. The balcony was perfect for overlooking calle La Calzda at night and also to enjoy a beautiful sunrise while sitting for coffee in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel itself was breathtaking. The hotel is also located witin walking distance of the main park and many city attractions. Room 103 was more than we expected and will be our go to hotel for future visits.

Please be aware that the room in the picture facing the volcano, the superior twin is also on the street that party’s all night until 5am. So you will pay extra for a beautiful room that you can’t sleep in. The music and street noise won’t stop until 5am, which will not let you sleep at all. We had 4 nights booked and stayed only one, the first night, then paid for different hotels the rest of the three without any reimbursement or compensation from the hotel. We also had a mirror stolen off our car in the Hotels parking area in the street, and told the car would be safe, and watched. Overall very disappointing, would highly recommend you stay elsewhere.

The whole staff was great, from the beginning. Front desk’s attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Ramon in the bar was exceptional making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived, with a welcome cocktail, until the moment we checked out. Definitely recommend.

Since it’s in a central location, you can hear noise/music in some rooms but nothing extreme. No private covered parking as stated on the website. Although you park on the street, there’s always people watching out for your vehicle, including their our security guard after dark.
