Fantastic hotel near beach and protected woodland. Strong smell of something nasty at night sometimes if you leave the window open. Advised by manager it was the stagnant water from the nature reserve. Besides that great hotel and good kids pool.

Lots to do with children, lots of entertainments for everyone.

A great place for families. My wife and sons (11 & 8) thoroughly enjoyed their week long stay. They were able to opt in and out of the exercise classes offered around the pool during the day.

Hotel great all staff very friendly and helpful. Pool very warm, even though not heated by anything other than the sun and loungers available if you get there early enough after breakfast. There is no telling what problem the hotel was encountering with the pool, but it turned two pairs of swimming shorts and one sun top green which will not wash out and will need throwing away. Food a little lacking in decent quality (chicken was thigh meat, steak only once in 10 days). Paella contained fish every day, it would have been nice if there was a non fish paella along side the fish option for those who do not want fish legs and tentacles in their dinner, although there was plenty of food for all tastes. Entertainment was good only problem is that Spain still fails to protect people (staff and customers) from the cancerous effects of passive smoking. Smokers get the best seats, outside where it is cooler, leaving those who do not want to subject themselves to a future with cancer, to sit inside the stiflingly hot bar area, which was also open to smokers if they decided to smoke there too, and they did occasionally. One selfish smoker can affect many tables around them. It would be nice if the hotel dedicated one side to smoking and the other to fresh air. This was also a problem with the side entertainment, where it was difficult to listen to the music without being next to a smoking table, unless you sat on a sun lounger by the pool.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay from the moment we checked in, home from home, the staff where all very helpful. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety.
