Creta Palm Hotel

Very good

Very enjoyable, family friendly experience! I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-3.5 star, because the rooms are a little dated. The highlight was the pool, the kids spent hours there. The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was a nice treat and convenient in the morning, with different selection each day. We didn't do all inclusive, but the food at the resort was very affordable, e.g. an entree and a drink for only 9 Euros. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, no frills and good value!

Great hotel with 2 pools, easy and quick access to the beach as well. Big plus for decent size fridge which is a great help on hot, 102deg, summer days

Très bon hôtel pour quelques nuits car piscine enfermée entre les bâtiments et il y fait très chaud Pas de plage privée et la plage de Stalos est de l’autre côté de la route Appartements spacieux et très propres Très bien situé pour visiter Pas d’animation ( pour les enfants ) Clientèle allemande en majorité

Friendly staff and very pleasant stay!

Really nice hotel, with very kind staff. We booked an studio apartment and it was nice. We wrote before arriving, that if it was possible, we would like pool view and we got that. We only had breakfast in booking. It was good, many things to choose from. Maybe the buffet area could be larger, it is not huge, and with many guests, it feels crowded. Two nice pools, one with an bar that served all front drinks, ice to food. The two staff persons an woman and younger guy was really really nice and serviceminded. Sadly it was written in the description of the rooms, that they were sound isolated. That's not true, you can hear when your nabo pulls there chair across the floor. The cleaning lady is talking very loud in the morning and this can be very clear. So i ended up using ear plugs. But that's was the only thing negative i can think of. Would chose the hotel again, but maybe another room.

Fint ophold på Creta Palm Hotel. Ser ud som på billederne. Fin morgenmad, hvor covid-19 restriktionerne blev tager alvorligt med afspritning af borde, mundbind og handsker. Dejlige pools og ok værelser. Hjælpsom reception og søde tjenere. Tæt på stranden. Man skal dog lige over lidt sten, når man skal i vandet.

Allt var kanon med hotellet och hade allt man behövde, lite hårda sängar men så är det överallt i Grekland

Väldigt rent samt trevlig/ serviceinriktad personal. Bra poolområde. Ok frukost.

Mon séjour personnel s’est très bien passer nous avons passer des vacances de rêves. Par contre l’hôtel était très décevant !! 4 étoiles ??? Celles ci ne sont pas mérités. L’accueil a été déplorable, le personnel hors mis ceux du petit dej étaient mal accueillant, ne disait jamais bonjour, ne prenait pas assez de temps pour les clients. Un soir nous avons voulu visiter l’hôtel à notre arrivée et un mec du personnel est venu éteindre les lumières, nous a virée et nous a dis que nous n’avons rien à faire ici ????? Nous voulons juste faire le tour et visiter, nous avoir toute de même payer notre séjour! Incroyable ! Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel, il y en as de beaucoup plus beau et beaucoup mieux à côté !! Et de plus là clim de la chambre n’a jamais fonctionner alors que je suis aller le signaler tout de même
