Creta Palm Hotel

This is a good quality 3 star hotel. Not sure of they have double beds as we had twins pushed together, which was a bit annoying. The food and drink are good, and the location is excellent. The room/suite is huge with all amenities you would need. Would stay here again. Suitable for couples, friends and families.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Notre chambre était spacieuse ce que nous avons apprécié. L’hôtel est doté de deux piscines ce qui évite la foule.

Overall the stay at Creta Palm was amazing! Very clean, great food and service. All the staff were very friendly and dealt with any issues straight away. There are big pools, which was a big plus for us as my daughter loves to swim! The only downside is the wifi service in the rooms are not great, it kept cutting off however worked very well around the pool and restaurant area. The area around the hotel is good too, local buses run from outside the hotel to Chania and there is also beach in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel, we had an excellent time here and will like to return again one day in the near future.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα. Ιδανικό οικογένειες. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και πάντα έτοιμο να παρέχει κάθε βοήθεια. Το φαγητό a la carte που δοκιμάσαμε απίστευτα εύγευστο. Πλούσιο πρωινό. Πολύ κοντά στη πόλη αν έχεις αυτοκίνητο. Η περιοχή γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο έχει ότι χρειαστείς και τις καλύτερες ταβέρνες των Χανίων. Η Κα Εύα μας βοήθησε πολύ στις επιλογές για φαγητό στα Χανιά γενικότερα. Κάθε επιλογή της βγήκε λίρα εκατό.

Fantastisk ophold på Creta Palm, sødt og hjælpsomt personale! Ligger i et dejligt område lige ved stranden. Mulighed for at leje bil tæt på, som hotellet kan arrangere leveret til døren :)

The property is perfect for family vacations! Reminds me of all inclusive in the Caraïbes. Very well located, all you need on site and people really care about your comfort while you are there

The apartments were really ok, nothing fancy but absolutely ok for the price - had everything you needed and was perfectly clean. Also baby cot and high chain was in place in the before we arrived, which was super nice. I wouldn’t call it a 4 start hotel, maybe more a 3. Very much a family holiday resort, with all that goes with that - not really for me. Only tried breakfast which was boring, low quality, limited selection and always the same. All the staff was really nice - throughout the hotel.

Excellent stay, nice service, easy parking, nice breakfast and very clean ! We got a 3-bedroom with pool view. Perfect stay
