Creta Palm Hotel

Hotel is on nice location and looks like a small village with lot of trees and flowers what I like. Reception was efficient and polite. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are little bit outdated but clean. Balcony was nice but chairs were not comfort for sitting.

My friends and I only stayed for one night. It wasn't bad but I have stayed at better hotels for the price. Great location right on the strip of Platinais with the beach less than half a mile away.

Pool area were nice. Breakfast ok but could be better with more variety. Bathrooms need updating and need to remind staff no wake up calls.

Hotel has excellent facilities, very friendly staff that can’t do enough for you and it’s pristine clean. Definitely a five star hotel.

I was put in an annex of studio apartments a bit away from the hotel itself. And no phone...so no way to connect with the front desk. The plus side was it was quiet, but it was more remote and disconnected from the main hotel. The unit was new and clean, but the shower was 20”x20”...the sink was larger! Had I seen that photo in the collection on hotels.com, I never would have booked here. The listing gives the impression that they are on the beach...and they are not. The breakfast was early and not at all appealing. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful though.

Great location, a little further out of the town which gives a real holiday feel. Staff were lovely, rooms were comfortable though a little dated (showers quite small and tricky to close). Will definitely be recommending to anyone who visits Chania!

Everything is good except there are bugs in the hallway as the hallway is open to the air just like a lot of Caribbean resorts. They only come out at night and may go to the rooms (likely washroom) through the door at night time. They like wet place and are harmless. I’ve seen these kind when I was a kid. The janitors sweep them away every morning so you don’t see them in day time.

The location was good across road from the beach. Rooms clean with fresh towels and bedding most days.. Pool very clean. Bus stop outside hotel for travel into Chania. Breakfast excellent choice.Lots of tavernas within walking distance.

It was a ok hotel.
