Creta Palm Hotel

Excellent location, close to everything.

Basically everything you need for a perfect holiday. Amazing stay, everything was neat and clean the breakfast was really good aswell.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in April 2018. We found the hotel very pleasant with reception staff friendly. The hotel is set in different blocks and our room was a little way away from reception and up a slope. We asked if we could change this as I have an injury to my knee. We we moved to another room close to reception straight away. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. We had booked room and buffet breakfast which was good there was always a good choicentre. We decided to pay for dinner. Again a very good choice and at e13 good value. We had hired a car and was able to park outside the hotel. Good choice of hotel as only 30 minutes from Chania airport.

It was perfect for me and my wife.

The hotel was top class! Facilities included pool area, large comfortable bed, gym, sauna, wifi and beautiful grounds. We stayed 1 night only but wished we had stayed a full week. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. We hope to return next year. You'll love your stay at Creta Palm! Highly recommended!!

Stayed here a few years ago but the place has gone through a big expansion - no changes to the superb service and quality just a little more chaotic at breakfast - good sized well equipped and designed apartment overlooking the pool and a beautiful sandy beach about 50 metres across the road - staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you - the Creta Palm always makes a good holiday base

We stayed at the hotel for 3 Weeks, the staff were very friendly, the hotel rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel food was very good with a great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. They have 2 good sized swimming pools we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Holiday with family in April. Hotel was fairly quiet and relaxing which was expected for the time of year. Hotel good location not far from beach and close to tavernas, lovely spacious rooms overlooking pool. Rooms were clean and tidy - only criticism would be the bedding appeared 'old'. Most staff were friendly. Stayed BB and the food was pretty okay with choice of English or Continental breakfast. An enjoyable spring break and would recommend for the time of year - we were fortunate to have warm sunny weather.

It was off season; so, a lot of the business was closed. Still a beautiful hotel and suited my purpose.

The pictures are an accurate representation of the property. Breakfast buffet did not vary greatly. Plentiful, though, it was. We knew the gym was limited - but it really was limited. The personnel was consistently competent, friendly and helpful. We'd come back in a heart beat. All restaurants in the area had great food and friendly service. Bus service took time sometimes as some buses were fully occupied and thus did not stop.
