"Un séjour ressourçant et reposant en bord de mer"

Emplacement magnifique, hôtel spacieux directement sur la plage, beau jardin et plage privée de belle taille, suffisamment de transats pour tout le monde, tout le personnel est discret, agréable et serviable ; l’hôtel est « dans son jus » ce qui fait partie de son charme. Chambres spacieuses, literie, linges de lit et de salle de bain confortables et impeccables. Chambre très propre et bien refaite par les femmes de chambre. On s’y sent très bien.

L’hôtel a les défauts de ses qualités, le charme de la splendeur passée mais avec des installations vieillissantes et parfois insuffisamment entretenues (pommeau de douche etc..) La restauration est inégale, certains plats sont bons et d’autres pas au niveau du tout. Globalement l’hôtel est très agréable et je le recommande mais il n’y a pas suffisamment de rigueur dans sa tenue et dans la nourriture pour un établissement 5 étoiles. Le prix se justifie par l’absence de concurrence sur ce créneau d’hôtel bord de plage près de Rabat.

"Hôtel agréable avec vue imprenable sur la mer !"

Séjour très agréable. Chambres propres et très spacieuses. Confort du lit rien à dire. Emplacement extra avec accès direct à la plage. Espace piscine très sympathique avec vue imprenable sur la mer.

Personnel très sympathique dans l’ensemble sauf le mr qui supervise le buffet petit déjeuner , pas avenant et donne l’impression de surveiller les clients , il stresse les gens pour s’ils quittent la table , j’avoue que c’est très confusing et pas assez agréable pour un moment petit déjeuner en famille. Aussi, le buffet n’est pas varié. Les serviettes utilisées en chambres ne sont pas changées systématiquement chaque jour, nous avons dû utiliser les mêmes serviettes pendants quasi 3 jours, ce qui est très limite pour un 5*. Pareil pour le nettoyage de la chambre, j’ai dû demandé le ménage pour qu’il soit fait.
