La situation et personnel disponible.

Ce n'est plus un palace ( pas de mini bar, pas de services, pas de visite hotel, spa limité, piscine froide, tv limitée) , hotel assez rudimentaire malgré l architecture et le lieu. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du nom prestigieux

L emplacement

Ouvrir la chambre à 21h00 sans frapper au prétexte d appoorter des serviettes. Ce dimanche nous sommes moi ma femme et fille entrés au resto pour prendre le petit dj à 10h37 , le serveur nous a bloqué à la porte en faisant des gestes de la mains comme ciseau pour nous dire que le petit dj est fini et qu'il faut et qu'il faut le payer comme supplément tout ça devant le regard du directeur ou le responsable du dr de l hotel un certain m. Tazi Vraiment c était la déception Vraiment il faut revoir le classement de cet hôtel. A cela s ajoute l vétusté des équipements, des lampes .....
