J'avais l'habitude de séjourner a l'amphitrite mais il y a plus de 10 ans de ca .. je suis retourné pour une nuit sur ma route vers Marrakech avc un ami .....on a pris 1 suite et une chambre (loi oblige) et pourtant .... l'accueil etait exécrable ! Des le check in premier souci l'hôtel na pas de monnaie ... du coup on me pompe 100 balles sans me rendre ma monnaie ...rla réceptionniste et la "manager" ne sont juste pas formé a l'hospitalité qu'un tel hotel devrait projeter ..... Reponse et effort sommaire a toutes mes requêtes. .... De passage devant la réception mon ami se fait appelé pour "recheker" la confirmation de sa réservation ..! Il tend alors son téléphone a la réceptionniste pour "reconfirmer" sa réservation et son paiement .... elle prend alors son téléphone et sans s'excuser part avc et disparait pour une bonne dizaine de minute ... inacceptable !! Et jen passe et jen passe ...Bref, vous l'aurez compris, les employés ne sont juste pas à la hauteur ... Côté chambre cest pas mieux .. spacieuse certe mais ancienne ... le confort est très très sommaire ! Aussi le restaurant n'offre pas bcp de choix et les prix sont gonflés par rapport ta la qualité des prestations .. le bar pareil très glauque et sans vie .... Le seul bon côté cest l'accès plage avc vue sur mer (de la suite) . Un conseil passez votre chemin il ya de meilleures options ds la meme fourchette de prix ... Autant dire que je ny remettrai plus jamais les pieds .

Localisation

Très vieil hôtel, très mal entretenu. Odeur de moisissure partout, Clim pas fonctionnel, personnel pas du tout serviable. Triste de voir un si bel établissement qui avait une si belle réputation dans cet état…
