"Not bad."

Hotel overall was pretty nice. We were there over low season so it was very dead. The resraunt was mediocre and over priced. Room was large and clean and the pool and beach were also very nice.

"Nice beach resort"

Beyond expectation. Super friendly staffs, great customer service, beautiful resort. Less then 5 minutes walk to the beach. I will stay there again next time.

"Very disappointing out of season hotel"

This hotel really let down all my previous Thailand experiences. The hotel itself was nice enough but a bit tired beneath the surfaces; pool side chairs, tables were rusty and old, dining area a bit dated. However as it was out of season half the facilities were closed down and there was no pool bars, roof top terrace and the dining room closed by 10pm. The areas within the complex was very dark with little/no lighting outside the lagoon rooms. The hotel also had no room wifi, which is completely unacceptable when you end up spending early nights in your room. There was free wifi in dining room but a charge for room wifi and only one device per room could be used!! I had also asked for an upgraded larger suite having explained prior to visit that my daughter , who was volunteering in koh lanta would occasionally stay over and was charged extra again for this. Finally, and probably most disappointing , was the manners and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel had few guests and yet were Sullen to unhelpful, spoke extremely limited English to the extent that they made frequent errors with requests and then seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than customers . Not to be recommended in any way for a repeat visit. This was my 3rd visit to Asia and first time had such a negative experience.

Value: Great deal; Hotel caters mostly for families so some areas were quite noisy. We were in a 'child free zone' of the pool which many respected but not all.
