Chada Lanta Beach Resort

Umiddelbart flot hotel. Især da vi havde direkte adgang til poolen, hvilket var super lækkert, men samlet set ville jeg aldrig komme tilbage hertil. Der var ingen smil eller glæde at mærke hos personalet. Ingen minibar (køleskabet var der trods alt). Vi var der uden for sæson og der virkede enormt forladt. Der er mange lækrere steder længere nede af kysten hvor man får mere value for money.

Never saw the hotel staff and service around the pool area was very disappointed.. no people to clean empty bottles and noone to serve you, quite bad actually, wont be back.

On an island where there isn’t much to do and the beaches aren’t the best (maybe due to storms) this is a haven to just stay and relax in I recommend booking a direct pool access room makes the world of difference

Hotelilla on isot alueet ja puiteet. Paikat on rapistunut vuosien saatossa. Huoneissa suihkun paine on heikko ja torakoita tapaa usein. Henkilökunta on pääosin muslimeita. Harvalla irtoo hymyä. Omeletinpaistajalta ei saa tilattu omelettia niin että siinä on ne täytteet mitä pyytää.. Lastenhuone on vitsi. Altaat on isot.

Our back door didn’t lock and our safe was broken

Overall hotel facility was good but in the mid night, sometimes the electricity was on/off. room itself was huge and a bit worn and old, there are some lizards in the room. the staffs are good and excellent and some are not fluent in English though, they tried to understand what we want. The swimming pools are good for families. if you have a kid, we may consider this. wifi is unstable REALLLLY the local restaurants are not good at western cuisine. don't expect too much for the high qualities.

Kävin samassa hotellissa kolme vuotta sitten ja harmikseni pystyin todeta että siellä alettu lipus monesta hyvästä asiasta mitä ennen hotellissa oli. Muuten kyllä toimiva paketti.

Luckily we were in a quiet room but when you stepped out the noise started from pool cleaning, construction of a new building and hammering from new roofing. My partner slipped in the shower and they wanted us to pay for ice which we needed to take the swelling down. Instead of an apology they told me they had to pay for the ice and this has never happened before. I saw lots of staff standing around and even sleeping in a chair. The beach lounger area was full of cigarette butts and garbage. The beach outside the property was amazing and we found a great restaurant outside the property. I would rate this property a maybe 3 out of 5 and I’m being generous.

We stayed 21st October 2017 and 2 of the 3 swimming pools were filthy; the floors were covered in green algae. The management were aware and told us they were rectifying the matter but after 3 days there was no improvement and we checked out. Thankfully we hadn't paid in advance - I would recommend anyone considering this hotel to do the same as the condition of the hotel can't be guaranteed. We moved to the Rawi Warin, same price, and in a different league. The hotel generally was shabby, needed painting, sun loungers rusty etc., particularly around the swim-up rooms, this whole area was just generally tatty. We chose this hotel because of the pools for our young son, but I wouldn't let him use them. I couldn't believe they were letting people use the pools, they were disgusting, particularly around the children's slides, looked like stagnant water. Shame on the management for allowing this to happen.
