Veldig godt fornøyd. God beliggenhet. Flotte fasiliteter. Rett ved stranden. Hoteller og området kan anbefales. Kunne lett vært der lengre og igjen

Suuri hotelli, upealla uimarannalla. Hotellihuone (suora pääsy altaalle) oli tilava ja viihtyisä. Edellisen vierailun 2014 jälkeen hotelli on ehkä hieman rapistunut, mutta edellen yleisilme on siisti ja hotelli on viihtyisä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Uimaaltaat ovat hoidetut ja allasalueita on useita. Hotelli rakennettu pitkän uimarannan ääreen. Ranta on matala ja lapsiperheiden suosiossa. Rannalta löytyy runsaasti ruokapaikkoja joiden terasseilta oli rentouttavaa katsella auringonlaskua.

From arrival to departure the staff couldn't be more welcoming! The suite we booked was exceptional, beautifully built and super comfy! The beach is stunning and sea ideal for swimming! Special buffet dinner for 250bht per person was a delicious bargain!

非常舒適之酒店, 建議入住Gold Suite (直達泳池房)or Silver Suite, 房間又大又舒服, 小孩加床連早餐只須加500B, 酒店餐廳之自助晚餐也不錯, 仲平過出外面食, 另酒店對出之沙灘又大又美麗, 看日落一流, 正!!

Hotellet är ok och ligger perfekt. Lämpar sig bäst enligt oss för barnfamiljer med lite yngre barn då poolområdet är stort. Väldigt lyhörda rum och aningen slitet. Tänk på att det är trångt vid frukost som ofta vid denna typ av lite större anläggningar. Wi-Fi var rent ut sagt dåligt och gick upp och ned hela vistelsen.

Fint hotell med flott basseng! De var hyggelige å ga oss et rom med utgang til basseng selv om vi ikke besstilte det. God frokost med mye utvalg. Fin beliggenhet mot strand, men litt lite uteliv der for våres del. Maten i restauranten testet vi bare 1 dag, smakte helt greit. Gode drinker og happy hour i baren. Bra service og hyggelige Ansatte. Bra hotell til en hyggelig pris

When we arrived at the resort, we were blown away. Very pretty, luxurious even. By the time we left, it had already been decided that though we are absolutely coming back to Koh Lanta, we will not be staying at Chada. Minus the one front desk lady (who is absolutely awesome), the customer service was horrible. Worst example is, we sat at our table in the restaurant for 25mins waiting for someone to come over. Five staff members were laughing and chatting at the bar. The wifi at the hotel is barely functional ( I had to turn off the WiFi on my phone and use my sim card to get proper service and the hot water pressure was barely a dribble after two minutes of use. Worse of all, the gym. When I book a place, I need a gym and this was the worst fitness facility I've ever seen anywhere at any time in my life. Pieces were about to fall off, they had 3 dumbbells all of different weights and the AC wasn't working. We took videos of it because our friends back home won't believe me when I tell them how bad it is. It would have been better to say they had no facility at all versus a rusty, broken and potentially dangerous piece of equipment.
