Candlewood Suites - Grand Prairie - Arlington by IHG

The smell of the check in area was strong, the smell in room was a different cleaner type smell, the carpet was damp, didn’t feel safe unless in group.

It was nice and the staff was friendly

They had a flooding issue and they allowed us to stay, but there was no breakfast served as we had paid for in our accommodation to correct the issue

Staff was very nice! Elevator was broken. It was evident that this was not new because the notices posted on the elevator were old paper with the tape starting to come off. Room door did not close. Just seemed old and a little run-down.

Wish they offered breakfast

I absolutely loved it here and will be back again. Free washing and drying. No breakfast though.

Elevator broken- room in fourth floor Breakfast available was hot pockets or frozen pizza Fourth floor smelled melded and we had industrial fans running the entire time Windows might as well be onions- can hear every car on interstate 20

First floor is noisy and the windows are not safe. AC needs cleaning.

Everything is perfect for my family when I go
