"Meth pipe found in freezer, lack of help and communication after the fact."

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the soap they provide was what I use at home. Night staff was amazing help.

My kid found a meth pipe in the freezer . We were told we would get refunded for the room when they moved us to a new room. But no one can get ahold of the manager myself or booking . Com in order to process it. The morning staff was rude as heck and would not help communicate.

Front desk was the best young guy with Pink Floyd hoodies was so good took care of us love the kitchen but was no room to cook fridge was so close no free breakfast sad

Somewhat of a musty smell In room. Maybe they used a dirty mop in kitchen and restroom to cause that smell. But other than that everything was up to my standards. Kids loved the pool!
