My room smelled like mildew. I sprayed colone to smell something different. Not sure where it was coming from! I was in room 220.

"Don’t waste your time or money."

It was close to family and convenient.

The staff were not helpful. Shower kept flooding at our feet, which is gross. We asked for room service twice on two different days and NEVER received it even though, they did inform us there was a note left for them, and their house keepers that we asked multiple times for our room to be serviced. When we asked for a new room, since our room hasn’t been cleaned in two days straight, we were told no, which is absurd!!! Our fridge still had someone’s boiled eggs inside of it. I’m concerned for how this facility is handling sanitation and cleanliness because I’m not seeing it.

My room was extremely humid. There was a musty smell and the appearance of mold (that was painted over) at multiple places on the ceiling. When I unpacked my suitcase after I left, my clothes were damp from the humidity in the room. The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly.

All of the staff were phenomenal. Very kind and professional. Good location. Rooms were overall clean.

There is smells of mildew in the rooms, more noticeable if the ac is off. 1 elevator.
