I thought the view from the hotel was unmatched in the area. Access to local skiing was good too. The staff was friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.

The hotel was clean

The pool was out of order for maintenance for two weeks which we did not know at time of booking. Additionally, the toiletries were not refilled. Luckily, my partner had shampoo, conditioner, etc. so I didn’t have to wait for someone to refill it when all I wanted was to shower and go to bed.

The pool was down for maintenance, but there was no notification of that in their hotel offering.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was hot with great options. The view was amazing! Will definitely stay here again the next we're in town.
