A sign or information about where to get pool towels would have been helpful. Ourselves and many guests who used the pool didnt know and went to the front counter wet looking for towels.

"A fine stay at Hampton Inn"

Clean, conveniently located hotel. Kind and competent staff, especially running the breakfast. A shame that one of the elevators has been broken since months.
