"Fine, but not worth the price"

We spent a long weekend in a Glen Ellen King. In short, I would stay at a Bed and Breakfast and save some money over staying here again - the value for the price just isn’t there, even accounting for wine country pricing. The room/property were a bit rundown (paint chipping, trim damaged, marks on the mirrors). The pool and hot tub were also not very clean when we arrived but were in better shape the next few days. Breakfast was disappointing and carb heavy - only protein was a quiche each day (one out of the three days there were egg bites). Location was good for exploring Sonoma and Rutherford/Yountville in Napa.

Very clean and well situated Our ryokan room had a great deep soaking tub Parking was fine Housekeeping service was adequate

When we checked in our room only had one half roll of toilet paper Breakfast time was chaotic and there was not enough food for the people staying at the hotel Room was clean but could use updating to maintain a 5 star rating WiFi not the strongest or uniform Climate control in the room was variable
