Exceptional Staff, maintenance was great. Breakfast was excellent.

The bed was terrible in our room. Did not sleep for two nights. Would have checked out if not for a busy schedule and wonderful staff. Room had paper thin walls but truly a terrible bed, platform extra soft six inches off the floor. Entire property rating downgraded because of bed and thin walls to our room

creekside suite was worth the upgrade. Pay a bit more but the view and privacy are unmatched

This is an amazing property. The house itself has such a cool history and it has been meticulously restored. It is well thought out and the amenities are top notch.

Quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. The wine tasting in the afternoon and breakfast were both excellent. Great location for exploring the Sonoma area.

The place is pretty nice. It just felt that its managed by non professionals. We had to climb stairs to get to our room - it wasn't terrible but I wish we were told about this beforehand. The property is pretty nice, secluded, loved the firepit and the creek. I wish they lowered the meditation music a little bit so that we could enjoy the nature. What seemed a bit unprofessional is that at checkout we got a call right at 11 am (checkout time) claiming that they wana see if we already checked out, but sounded more like rushing us to checkout maybe ? I just wish they waited just a few more minutes lol. They still were nice. I would go back again regardless!

A nice and peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings. Overall, we had a good time. Mixed impressions of service. Pamela at the front desk was wonderful, warm, friendly and accommodating. Her colleague Crystal, on the other hand, was brusque and unwilling to accommodate any wishes. (Example: during the « wine hour » on the first night Crystal offered rosé, which I don’t like. When I asked if it would be possible to have a white wine on the following night she answered: no.) In fact it was possible and in the end it was offered, but her immediate « no » had left a bad taste. ) There were other examples as well. I think Crystal needs to keep working on her guest service skills.

Their genuine care for our comfort enhanced our experience and made us feel like cherished guests. One highlight of our stay was the delightful charcuterie board and wine happy hour. This generous offering showcased a remarkable selection of local cheeses and cured meats, perfectly paired with exquisite wines. It was the ideal way to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. Mornings at the Gaige House were equally enchanting, thanks to the delicious breakfast spread and the refreshing mimosa bar. Each bite was a delight, and the mimosas added a festive touch to our mornings. As if that wasn’t enough, we were treated to fresh-baked cookies that were simply irresistible, alongside a complimentary sake and Port wine bar for a cozy nightcap. It was the perfect way to end our evenings, savoring these thoughtful touches that exemplified the Gaige House's commitment to excellence. In short, the Gaige House exceeded all our expectations with its outstanding service, generous hospitality, and delightful amenities. We left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a luxurious yet welcoming getaway!

Gaige House beautiful Asian influence throughout the “House” and grounds. Delicious breakfast available every morning with all the fixings for a mimosa. Outdoor area overlooks the pool and has a firepit for those chilly mornings. They also host a wine and cheese tasting every evening from 4:00 to 5:30. Gaige House King room has A/C and a fan. Good water pressure and jacuzzi tub and cookies available every day. Convenient parking on the premises. We also scheduled a couple massage while we were there and it was a great start to our day.
