It wasn’t very clean, the TV in our room was small and old. The ac/heat unit smelled like mold and mildew when it came on.

I loved the location! It was a perfect place to stay while attending my son’s boot camp graduation! The staff, especially Megan at the front desk and the housekeeper(I didn’t get her name) that figured out that my door’s battery needed changed and then stopped maintenance later to make sure he knew about it. Most of the staff were amazing!! The only issue we had was the toilet flooding and soaking the carpet. Maintenance was quick to stop the back up and overflow but that was all he did. The carpet was soaked all the way up the middle of the beds and was left like that from Thursday evening all the way up until we checked out Friday. We weren’t moved to a different room nor did anyone bring a floor fan or attempt to extract the water from the floor, which I understand if they don’t have the equipment for that but we should have at least been moved to another room. If there wasn’t one available no one said anything. Maintenance came with a plumber unclogged the toilet and that was it. We spent the rest of the night putting our shoes on just to go to the bathroom or getting our socks wet stepping on poo water on the carpet! Gross!!!!

The fact that they ignored the fact that our carpet was wet from a clogged toilet that overflowed and we spent the rest of the night and next morning in a room with a carpet full of poop water😡

The breakfast was great. The rooms was great. My kid loved the pool.

On the navy graduation days the bfast could be served at 5 would help out a lot.

Must have been right next to the housekeeping laundry room. Had to keep the the bathroom door closed, kept hearing water running whilr trying to sleep.
