Aloft by Marriott Plano

I thought the property had a very unique setting. I would recommend it to the younger more modern traveler. It has a really nice seating area for large gatherings. If you are older like me, I would try a different place mostly because they did not have luggage carts and the halls are very dark.

I loved the contemporary look of the hotel and the rooms. The beds were a little more firm than I typically like, but that is a matter of taste I think. The sheets felt wonderful, and there is a very slight pleasant fragrance in the hotel (not the kind that gives my sensitive daughter a headache).

Amazing location very different

The women was rube she misunderstood my reservations and charged my card three times. I tried to tell her about what she did. She caught an attitude with me and was very unprofessional so I waited into the Management team came back from the bank. The manager took very good care of me, afterwards, I got my husband and brought him to the hotel to check it out. The same woman was at the guest help desk. She did not speak. She did not show us where the elevator was. We went the wrong way to our rooms, she was just very unprofessional because a mistake that she made but because of the experience we had for our 15th anniversary my husband did not want to stay. so we went back home later on that night. A big thank you goes out to the management team they tried their best to make up for what she did but she ruined my 15th wedding anniversary

Been staying with aloft for years! Great place to escape too with the wife!!

More coffee cream and sugar in the room!

very worst customer service. the front desk lady on sunday morning was very rude. she kept insulting us. this is not acceptable. Also every 30 minutes starting from 9.00 a.m. the housekeeping staff kept bothering us if we are checking out or not. we told her that we are checking out only at 11.00 a.m. and she should not bother us. Yet she kept knocking on our door every 30 min and out of frustration we left early. We were a frequent visitor to this hotel but after today's experience we have decided not to come back to this hotel. worst experience of all times. Please avoid this hotel. unfit to be a part of Marriott brand.

When we come to Dallas we always stay here at Aloft Plano. Theyre polite, low key and the rooms are always nice and affordable.
