Good location, clean

A bit noisy coming from the highway.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff, good location, convenient to nearby shopping and food. Great for pets. Comfortable bed.

I love the Aloft Plano and always stay at this location because it is so clean and perfectly maintained every time I visit. However, this visit not so much. The room itself was dirty, the sides of the bed railings had dead skin cells from the sheets leaving a film of particles that had accumulated for some time and had been overlooked, the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel were completely empty on the first night I desperately needed a nice warm shower, the laundry soap dispenser took all my quarters and left me without the laundry soap. The Kleenex dispenser was empty and there wasn’t a spare roll of toilet paper. Never ever have I experienced this at this hotel before!

Crumbs / crackers in bed when i pulled back the sheets. Clearly sheets were not washed. Tough to sleep after that.

you can hear the highway at night. it's window unit and hard to get comfortable temperature.

Very impressed with the hotel. First time staying at an Aloft so we weren’t sure what to expect. Spacious and comfortable room and very clean. Front desk employee was super nice. Reported a light out in our bathroom and it was fixed within 10 minutes, and he helped us with dinner choices.

Perfect for what we needed for the night.
