The accommodation is getting a tad tired since we last visited 3 years ago .A touch of paint wouldn’t go amiss

Atlantic Gardens was a disappointment. Our bungalow was clean and in reasonable condition, but the outside areas were in very poor condition with pealing paintwork. The hotel seems to be mostly used by package holday companies which made the pool area very busy and congested. Most people seemed to put towels on sunbeds very early! Pool towels were not supplied. We were surprised to be asked to pay to use the room safe. The breakfast included in our booking was poor quality. On the positive side when we complained about the air conditioning not working, it was replaced within two days.

The hotel itself was average. The staff were amazing and I can’t fault the cleanliness. The food was generally over cooked and not very nice.

Lovely pool area, lots of room to move beds around. 2 pools and jacuzzi, one very cold, other heated. Immaculately clean bungalows, maid service every day. Entertainment guy was certainly entertaining, great fun! Sound bath was very relaxing.

Repetitive food. Found restaurant very warm.

Delayed plane arrival meant we were much later than anticipated at hotel however a meal was kept back for us - thoughtfulness much appreciated! Great location beside sea and quieter end of promenade yet easy walk to shops and restaurants. Adults only was a plus!

Although we always found a sunbed we were surprised at how many were ‘saved’ by towels etc., a bit selfish but not sure how this could be resolved by management! We felt the accommodation was a little ‘tired’. Generous quantities of food with a wide choice but a bit uninspiring.
