Sandos Atlantic Gardens

The deeper pool is very good. A lot of food available. Very friendly staff throughout. Quite a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Very strange pool opening hours. Why open at 10 am and why close at 6 pm. Why not say 8 til 8. This needs altering. More variance required with the food including more ‘spicy’ or more authentic ’tapas’.

The staff so friendly-everyone from the reception to the roomkeeping were happy and friendly.The whole hotel,rooms,restaurant and pool were exceptionally clean. In a nice area with short walk to a stunning beach. Food was delicious. Room was so clean with a wonderful court yard to ourselves. Very private. Thoroughly enjoyed our few days here

If anything I would say the front of the hotel as you arrive might let it down a tiny bit but never judge a book by its cover! Fantastic little place

We had a lovely stay. The pool side bar could be better as there was only beer available at some times.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Tired, needs an update

The location was great, a short walk to the sea front where there was access to a walkway along. The accommodation was OK for the money paid but had a strange area out the back which was a complete waste. This was a approx 9 metre square with high walls and no roof. V Odd.

We didn't take the All Inclusive option and were pleased as the white wine was undrinkable and the only draught beer was Amstel (almost undrinkable). There were dining room rules, one of which was "No sleeveless T shirts allowed". This was not enforced, in fact there were men without any tops on which was a bit foul when eating your breakfast. The pool looked ok but most of the beds had towels and no people on them even at 08.00 hrs. Not my style. Perhaps they could have provided sun beds for each bungalow.

The food was exceptional, with very good variety and service. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find and close to various attractions.

The rooms need updating, there is a strong smell of mould and the furniture is a bit out of date. Overall we had a very good experience for a 3 stars, definitely met our expectations!
