Pilgrim Inn & Cottages

Great experience with the price. It is a little noisy, but it was safe and clean—tremendous shower pressure and air conditioning.

I had a nice time at Pilgrim Inn. Staff was excellent and always available.

Near the NH Bank Pavilion where I was going for a concert, very reasonably priced.

The small refrigerator and microwave in the room were very clean and convenient. The bathtub is in need of repairs, yet still functional and clean.

Bathroom smelled like sewer a couple of times. Didn't last long, but rather unpleasant.

Got to room, air conditioner was running, but room while cool had a odor. Went to store and bought air freshener which helped a lot for room and bathroom. Showerhead didn't look very clean, signs of possible mold. One bed had hairs on the sheets. Beds were advertised as comfortable. Only comfortable if you like very stiff. Internet was advertised as high speed and it definitely was not. This is an older hotel that is past it's prime, and in need of some work. Older electrical system, including two prong outlet in the bathroom. Many outlets did not work. One outlet looked as if something had overheated while plugged in to it. We spent the night, and left at 7:15 am, after very little sleep. Went to check out, and there was no one there, just a cup to put your room key in. I think that the owners are trying, but I believe that they are overwhelmed by the amount of work needed to run this property. I wish them luck, but I know that I don't recommend this place, and I will not be back.

First room offered smelt terrible of cigarette smoke. Staff very quick to move us to a clean room without hassle, and very accommodating the entire stay. Would stay here again.
