Pilgrim Inn & Cottages

Overall stay was great. Just the beds tend to squeak a lot when tossing and turning which tended to wake me up quite a bit. Maybe the other rooms would have been different. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and quiet. Small selection at breakfast but otherwise good stay for the night. Good for a stay if you traveling in area.

Horrible experience. The room had such an awful smell, the carpet felt damp to the point I refused to not wear sandals the entire time. Bathroom was disgusting, shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Random stains on the walls, bed had a huge dip in it and made noises anytime you moved. Door didn’t lock at all. Property is LESS than regularly maintained. Duct tape over loose electrical outlets. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find another option to stay somewhere else. So my husband and I barely slept, on a horrible bed, on top of the blanket we brought, with all of our belongings barricading the door we could not lock. Cobwebs EVERYWHERE, blinds that were broken, and the smell. The smell alone was beyond overwhelming. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to spend even an hour here

Sink was backed up, tub was backed up until I plunged what ever was in the drain ( hair /mess), fresh air the next morning was a relief

This property did NOT match the photos on the listing. My dog found a filthy razor blade in the cottage could have been hurt, mold and mildew in the bathroom, floor was duct taped, blinds were broken, trash behind the cottage. I tried to leave but had no where else to unfortunately was stuck there!

Comfortable beds, poor drinks, musty smell.

It worked well.
