Not a large variety of food options

Great for kids, lots to do, big enough and different pools to keep busy

The location was amazing. The sunken Museum and coral for snorkeling was a highlight. So many activities to try and love that many are free (free snorkeling gear, Kayaking and padding boarding. Highlight was sunrise kayak.

My 13yos had to pay adult prices for buffet but they barely ate anything. Made it way too expensive to have that option.

We loved all the activities on the island, the beach and the bikes were our favourite to get around the island! The staff were amazing! So kind and helpful whenever we needed it. The island itself was beautiful and the malolo ferry ride was nice. We went for my sons first birthday and were able to order cakes through the resort as well which was amazing and we looooved the happy birthday sung by the staff! All of our family came and we all enjoyed the hospitality there.

The only thing was I did not get the room that I booked. We booked to have a one bedroom garden room and instead we got the studio which wasnt a huge deal but wouldve been nice to have the room we chose.

Lots for the kids to do Great location

We booked 2 rooms - both were not even close to each other, even tho we were told they would be side by side when we booked. Rooms were not ready after check in and we got the keys - as per the photos below this is how our room was. Our bags were taken to our room and just left on the porch, we had money and passports in our luggage and they were left out for hours until we realised. When we were leaving we were told a porter would come and take our bags to the jetty for our boat. They did not come so we had to take up our heavy luggage ourselves. Not all staff but most of the Staff made you feel like an inconvenience. It was overpriced for the service we received.
