Plantation Island Resort is accessible daily by scheduled ferry transfer, speedboat, helicopter transfers or seaplane transfer. Guests need to reconfirm arrival details with the resort 72 hours prior to arrival. To make bookings for transfers, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Up to 2 children, 12 years of age and under, eat free from the buffet for breakfast and dinner as well as from the kids' menu for lunch when dining with their parents or guardian at Ol Copra Shed Restaurant. Parents may dine separately at other Restaurants if they have purchased the half board meal plan. TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is recommended that clients take out Comprehensive Travel Insurance. The Resort will not accept responsibility for cancelations due to illness or otherwise. Please note, there may be other Medical Insurance and testing requirements for entry into Fiji due to Covid-19. The facilities and activities for children were excellent. The site was able to comfortably accomodate all guests with lots of different recreational areas. Loved the ability to enjoy the outdoor area in front of our room with hammocks and daybeds. Food was excellent. Value for money was good with kids staying, playing and eating for free with adults. Staff amazing and very friendly.

Bathroom drain was a bit smelly, however, this was serviced promptly. Bit more info about kids club and their daily dinner service option would have been helpful.

Good range of facilities and activities. Copra food very good. Editable straws very good. Reuseable water bottles and refilling stations good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Resort in beautiful location and very clean. Ferry service good.

Price of some drinks eg Bundaberg Ginger Beer high price. Credit card surcharges up to 5% in some locations on island. Steps on swimming pool opposite waterpark hut were rough in some places.

We found many meals disappointing and expensive. The buffets were good as were the poke bowls. Gluten free options we’re appreciated.

The room wasn’t serviced during our three days.

Location was amazing, swimming, inflatable water park, crystal clear warm ocean water, snorkelling, staff were friendly, newer pool was great.

Main dining area, was run down and the presence of indian minor birds flying to tables was not great - felt dirty. So we ate elsewhere - so there were options which was good.
