Arrangements for wake-up call at 0500 , no call. 0530 am confirmed taxi Requested taxi at 0600 with credit card acceptance, had to pay cash. Reminded clerk several time's.

I booked on hotels.com, received confirmation code, it said pending in my name statement, but when we got to the hotel, they said they could not find it anywhere, that it was not on any of the sites dating back to even 1 year ago. I travel a lot and have NEVER had this kind of experience in my life!
