Got charged tax onetime on snacks and then the second I didn't get charged tax Rude staff Facility not working

toilet tanks need to be cleaned out so water in toilet is clear

Our quoted price didn’t match the actual charge. When I booked, I disclosed I had a dog, told the breed and weight, then I was given a price. However, a $75 pet fee was added without notification. Nobody at the desk or during my stay mentioned the $75 fee, and it wasn’t given during booking. $75?is too much for my small dog that doesn’t shed & I wouldn’t have stayed at the hotel if $75,was added to my bill. Today, I contacted Hilton to express my disappointment that I was not notified of the pet fee. When I called today to express my concerns about the fee added without my knowledge, I was on hold, transferred to a manager, told the booking service would be able to help, sat on hold, spoke to booking company which told me that only the hotel can reimburse. She then told me to call the hotel manager in the am. There are some obvious communication deficits that showed themselves w my stay. It’s ok to charge a pet fee, but it only ethical to notify the customer of the charge. It’s ok to say no, I can’t help you or reimburse you, However you should not transfer them three things to have each person say I can’t help you but someone else can and ping pong them back and forth. I’m disappointed and greatly dissatisfied with this experience, and communication.

Bathroom dirty with hair on toilet, stains on comforter, microwave dirty, refrigerator had hair in it. Picture proofs. Relocated to another room dead ladybugs everywhere. So disappointed one girl at desk who was so rude, pathetic.

Up scale. Clean. Made me feel like a vip. Our dog was treated very well

The pool was closed for repairs. Booking.com did not have this information the booking site. This was a huge bummer.

Found it here on a late night as it had best affordable price for a Hilton in this area. Nice room and pretty lobby for the holidays. Breakfast service/team was very friendly but it was interesting with no one in there and lights off in most of restaurant area. Be careful driving into hotel as entrance is very suddenly steep downhill.

The bed was comfortable.
